Terms & Conditions — six6d Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and six6d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the six6d website located at https://six6d.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and customer support channels offered thereunder.

By accessing the six6d website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without modification. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms are supplemented by the following additional policy documents, each of which is incorporated herein by reference:

• The six6d Privacy Policy, which governs how your personal data is collected, processed, and stored.
• The six6d Responsible Gaming Policy, which sets out the tools and procedures available to help you manage your gambling activity.
• Any individual game rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published on the six6d platform at the time of participation.

six6d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address held on their account. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Use of the six6d platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. six6d strictly prohibits access by persons under 18. Age verification may be requested at any point, including at registration, before a withdrawal is processed, or at any other time at our sole discretion.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on six6d. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is prohibited.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order placed on your own six6d account or through any third-party responsible gambling scheme that covers this platform.
• Honest registration: All information provided during account registration must be accurate, truthful, and current. You must notify six6d promptly of any change to your registered contact details, including your mobile number and email address.

Age Verification Procedure

six6d employs an age verification process as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Where age cannot be confirmed electronically at the point of registration, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Bangladeshi National Identity Card (NID) displaying your date of birth.
• A valid passport (biographical data page).
• A government-issued birth certificate in conjunction with a secondary photo ID.

Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, six6d reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals. If the age verification process reveals that a player is or was under 18 at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately, all funds deposited will be returned (minus any winnings, which will be forfeited), and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

To access the full range of services offered by six6d, including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses, you must complete the account registration process in full and provide accurate personal information as requested.

Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum, the following information:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid and active email address that you own and control.
• A valid Bangladesh mobile phone number registered in your name.
• Your date of birth confirming you are aged 18 or above.
• A secure password of your choosing that meets the platform's minimum complexity requirements.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your six6d account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. six6d will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Specifically, you agree to:

• Keep your password strictly confidential and not share it with any other person.
• Use a unique password for your six6d account that is not reused on other websites or services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered, using your registered Bangladesh mobile number.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify six6d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

six6d accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, including losses resulting from sharing login details with a third party or failing to secure the device used to access the platform.

six6d supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods to facilitate fast, fee-free transactions for all registered players. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and processed in accordance with the following terms.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your six6d balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Platform fee: six6d applies no platform fee on any deposit. Standard fees charged by your payment provider (if any) are outside six6d's control.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard (subject to availability).
• Own funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and dispatched within 24 hours Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Mobile banking payouts (bKash, Nagad) are typically the fastest channel.
• Platform fee: six6d applies no platform fee on any withdrawal. Your payment provider's standard fees, if applicable, are not within six6d's control.
• KYC requirement: Before processing a withdrawal, six6d may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in a hold being placed on the withdrawal pending verification.
• Same method policy: Withdrawals will, where technically possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
• Unverified accounts: Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification above a threshold amount determined by six6d at its sole discretion may be held pending document submission.

Anti-Money Laundering

six6d is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of prohibited activities. The platform employs transaction monitoring procedures and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time. Any account found to be involved in suspected money laundering activity will be suspended, all funds held pending investigation, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

six6d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside individual offers. In the event of a conflict between the general terms below and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of six6d and may be withdrawn, modified, or replaced at any time without prior notice.
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer once only, unless the offer states otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in forfeiture.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they (or winnings derived from them) may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the individual offer terms. Where no specific requirement is stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only cash winnings generated after the wagering requirement has been met are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for the bonus. Expired bonus funds and associated wagering progress are forfeited automatically.
• six6d reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated play with other accounts, low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or patterns of play that in six6d's reasonable judgement are inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling.

Seasonal & Localised Promotions

six6d regularly runs promotions tied to Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar, including BPL season cricket offers, Eid specials, Pohela Boishakh campaigns, and Independence Day promotions. These promotions are offered exclusively to verified, active six6d accounts and are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer. Promotional terms are always published in English on the six6d promotions page within the platform.

All betting and gaming activity on the six6d platform is subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules, where applicable, are published within the relevant section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. six6d reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a technical error or data feed failure.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. six6d may suspend live markets at any time, including during periods of significant match events, at its sole discretion.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform. In general, postponed events that are rescheduled within 48 hours will be treated as the same event for settlement purposes.
• six6d accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of live score data or statistics displayed on the platform. Settlement of bets is based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football).
• The minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.

Casino & Slot Games

• All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by the respective game studio. six6d does not alter, influence, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided by the game studio and represent theoretical long-term averages. They do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session or player.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to a disconnection, server error, or game freeze — the round will be resolved using the last confirmed game state recorded by the server. six6d accepts no liability for losses arising from player-side technical issues such as internet disconnections.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to any game contribution weightings specified in the relevant bonus terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the six6d platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held, and, where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the account registration or verification process; impersonating another person; or using a stolen or third-party identity to create or operate an account.
• Chargebacks and payment fraud: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a genuine six6d transaction. Accounts subject to a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.
• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one six6d account per person, household, or shared device, regardless of the intent or purpose.
• Bonus abuse: Using automated tools, scripts, or coordinated multi-account strategies to systematically claim bonuses or exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players at any game (including poker or live dealer games) to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including the sharing of hole cards, signals, or agreed betting strategies.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the six6d platform in place of genuine human input; exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money laundering: Using the six6d platform to deposit, layer, or extract proceeds of criminal activity.
• Abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward six6d staff in any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

six6d employs a range of manual and automated monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, six6d reserves the right to: suspend or terminate the account without notice; withhold any balance pending investigation; recover any funds that were obtained through the prohibited conduct from the player's account balance; and take civil or criminal legal action where warranted.

Either party — the player or six6d — may initiate the closure of a player account, subject to the conditions described below.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your six6d account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, six6d will process any pending withdrawals of the remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited at the point of closure.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons should make this clear when submitting their request. In such cases, the account will be placed into self-exclusion immediately upon request, and all marketing communications will be suspended without delay. six6d-Initiated Closure or Suspension

six6d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Provision of inaccurate, outdated, or false account registration information.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at six6d staff.
• Any requirement under applicable law or instruction from a competent authority.

In the event of a six6d-initiated suspension under investigation, the player's account balance will be held pending the outcome. If the investigation clears the player of any breach, the balance will be released in full. If a breach is confirmed, six6d may recover any funds obtained through the breach before returning the remaining balance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6d's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the player's use of the platform, or any transaction conducted on the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

six6d shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data arising from platform use.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Losses arising from circumstances beyond six6d's reasonable control, including but not limited to: telecommunications infrastructure failures, internet service provider outages, power failures, natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, or any other force majeure event.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials or device.
• Gambling losses incurred during legitimate platform use — these are an inherent risk of gambling and are expressly excluded from any liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude six6d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be interpreted in accordance with principles of international commercial law. six6d is an entertainment platform operating online and serving players in Bangladesh among other jurisdictions.

Amendments to These Terms

six6d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it affects the player's rights or obligations in a meaningful way — we will provide at least 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, communicated via the email address registered on your account. Non-material amendments (such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or changes to formatting) may take effect immediately upon publication.

If you object to any amendment, you may close your account in accordance with the player-initiated closure procedure set out in Section 8 before the amended Terms take effect, and your account will be settled on the basis of the Terms in force at the time of closure.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game or bonus-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and six6d with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties, whether oral or written.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
